Verifying resources that are validated for competencies and skills

  1. Select Development Planning > Reports > Competency And Skill Validation History.
  2. On the By Competency And Skill tab, locate the competency or skill to check.
    Note: Use the filter to narrow the list down. You can type partial names and use an asterisk (*) as a wildcard character.
  3. Select the competency or skill to view the resources that have been validated for that competency or skill.
    Note: Resources that are validated for a competency or skill outside of a checklist are also on this list.
  4. Open a resource record to view the validation date, the resource who performed the validation, and, if applicable, the checklist of which the competency or skill was a component.
    Note: If the competency or skill is associated with a checklist, you can click the checklist link to view the resource checklist details.
