Resource checklist statuses
This table provides a description of the status for resource checklists.

Draft |
Draft resource checklists are not visible to resources, managers, or mentors. A resource checklist in Draft status can be updated, deleted, activated, or cancelled. Note: A resource checklist can be created directly in
Active status.

Active |
Active resource checklists are visible to resources, managers, and mentors. When a manager or mentor assigns a checklist to a resource, it is assigned in Active status. A resource checklist in Active status cannot be deleted. It can still be reverted to Draft up to the point when any action is taken on any of the resource checklist components. In addition, the learning manager, manager, and mentor can change the due date or cancel an Active resource checklist. |
Cancelled |
Learning managers, managers, and mentors can cancel a resource checklist that is not Complete. A Cancelled resource checklist is moved to the Cancelled tab of Development PlanningReportsChecklist History. Managers can see it on the Checklists tab of the resource's development plan (under Historical Checklists). Resources can see it on the Checklists tab of their own development plan (Under Historical Checklists). Learning managers can reactivate a cancelled resource checklist; managers cannot. |
Ineligible | This status can only occur as a result of a Reevaluate Eligibility action. The resource checklist is no longer active as a result of the resource no longer being part of the eligibility group, but there may still be validation that needs to happen on the associated checklist components. Ineligible resource checklists will require manual intervention by the learning manager or administrator (Reactivate, Cancel, or Complete). |
Completed | When all the components of a resource checklist have been validated, managers or mentors can complete the resource checklist. When the status is Completed, the resource checklist is moved to the Completed tab of Checklists tab of the resource's development plan (under Historical Checklists).
