Tracking organization liability for personal development

Note: (French localization only) The liability numbers do not include projected DIF requests. They include only the completed DIF hours.
  1. Select Development Planning > Resources > Personal Development Hours.
  2. Select Organization Liability.

    The total number of unused personal development hours for the organization displays.

  3. To view the liability by legal entity, click the Legal Entity Liability tab.
  4. To view the liability by organization unit, click the Organization Unit Liability tab.
  5. (French localization only) To view projected DIF requests, click the Projected DIF Requests tab. This tab displays requested and approved DIF activity requests.
  6. (French localization only) To view historical DIF requests, Click the DIF activity History tab. This tab displays completed, cancelled, rejected, withdrawn and incomplete DIF activities.
