Send or schedule notifications
Notifications that were created with a Scheduled Notification rule are not triggered automatically. The learning manager must either send them manually whenever there is a need, or create a schedule to send them periodically.
You can manually send or schedule notifications to notify the affected resources that approved development activities require registration, that the date of a session is approaching, or that a participation request needs approval.
This notification is relevant only if your organization uses learning budgets. You must define a scheduled notification with an appropriate email template and the Send Scheduled Notification For: field set to "Registration Reminder For Approved Activities". Scheduled notifications are defined under
