Defining and maintaining session sites

Note: Not applicable if you are using Infor Learning Management.

Use this procedure to define the sites where development activity sessions are held. For courses provided by internal providers or provided on site by external providers, the site could be a specific building and classroom. For external providers, it could be a city.

  1. Select Development Planning > Set Up > Activity Components > Other > Session Sites.
  2. Click Create.
  3. Specify this information:
    Effective Date

    Specify the effective date.

    Session Site

    Specify the name of the session site.

    Description

    Specify the description of the session site. If left blank, the session site name defaults.

    Active

    Select the Active check box to make the session site active.

  4. Click Save.
    Maintaining session sites:
    • To update a session site, open the session site, update any of the fields, select an effective date, and save.

    • To delete a session site, open the session site, specify an effective date, click Delete, and click Yes to confirm.
