Organization learning rules

Organization learning rules set Development Planning parameters for an entire organization. Some of the parameters, such as the learning manager email or activity outcome rules can only be changed on the Organization Learning Rule page. Other parameters, such as the session class defaults and session registration options, default to sessions and can be changed at the session level.

You decide at the organization level whether to use learning budgets. Organizations that use learning budgets must create budgets for a development period and associate their resource development activities to budgets. They also must follow more complex registration processes than organizations that do not use learning budgets.
