Actual costs
Note: Not applicable if you are using Infor Learning Management.
The total actual costs for a budget are the final costs for all of the budget's activity requests that are approved or historical (completed, withdrawn, cancelled, rejected, or incomplete). You can specify actual costs for any activity in a status other than Requested.
