Maintaining budget calculation components

You can add or change budget components even for budget calculation methods that are associated with a budget. The changes are reflected only in the budget calculations performed after the changes are made. If you want the changes to be reflected in already calculated budgets, you must recalculate them.

Updating budget calculation components

1. Open the budget calculation component, and update any of the editable fields.
2. Select an effective date, and click Save.

Deleting budget calculation components

1. Specify an effective date.
2. Click Delete, and click Yes to confirm.
