Designating non-primary mentors as primary mentors

When a resource has several mentors, you can change the resource's primary mentor.

  1. Select Development Planning > Manage Mentors > Manage Mentors.
  2. On the Resources panel, select the direct or indirect report for whom to designate a new primary mentor.
  3. On the Mentors tab, select the non-primary mentor to make primary, and click Designate As Primary Mentor.
  4. Click Yes to confirm.

    The mentor that you selected is now the primary mentor for the resource. The previous primary mentor remains as a non-primary mentor.
