Dates used for calculating costs (learning budgets only)
Note: This topic is applicable only if
your organization uses learning budgets. It is not applicable if you are using Infor Learning Management.
When a resource activity request is submitted, the system uses the rates at the start time for the activity to calculate the estimated costs. If a rate changes, the learning manager can either specify the new rate manually or delete the changed cost and add it again.
When calculating actual costs for an activity, the system uses the rates on the date on which activity session was completed. If the session is not yet completed, the system uses the rates as of today's date.
