Mass attaching bonus objectives (administrator)
Administrators and compensation analysts can mass attach bonus objectives to attach all completed goals to a compensation bonus objective period.
- Select Administrator > Compensation > Incentive Compensation > Bonus Objectives > Mass Attach Bonus Objective.

Specify this information:
- Compensation Program

Select the compensation from the list and specify the effective date.
- Pay Component

Select a Bonus Objective pay component. The Pay Component must have an annual Payout Frequency and Administrator selected from the Bonus Objective Initiation list.
- Goal Type

Specify the type of goal.
- Goal Year

Specify the year for the goal to be completed.
- Resource Selection

Optionally, specify the Resource Groups or individual resources.
- Complete Period

If you select Complete without Approval Process, then the action sets the Compensation Status to Pending so that payouts can be calculated.
If you select Complete using Approval Process, then the action initiates a work unit for the
IBOComplete
process. The Ready For Payout work unit action sets the Compensation Status to Calculate Pending so that payouts can be calculated.

Click OK.
This action selects bonus objective periods where the Approval Status is Draft and the Work Assignment is Active. It bypasses the approval process for the bonus objective period because goals have already been approved or completed in Goal Management. It sets Bonus Objective Approval Status and each attached employee goal’s Bonus Objective Status to Approved.
