Functions available for the ActorOrgUnitCompensationAnalyst_ST role

A user with the ActorOrgUnitCompensationAnalyst_ST role can perform these functions:

• Set up data related to the Compensation module by signing in as Administrator and selecting Setup. Data includes salary structure, step and grade schedules, compensation awarding, and incentive compensation programs.
• Run and process actions that create and update employee data for the organization units that they have been granted access to.
• View employee data for based on the organization that they have been granted access to. Lists that display employee data are filtered to only show employees that they have access to.
• Access reports using the Report Catalog. Reports display data for the employees that they have access to.
