Viewing a Budget Analysis Report as a compensation analyst

  1. Select Compensation > Awarding > Budget Process > Budget Analysis Reports.

    This menu is available if the administrator has configured the system to use the On Demand Report option for the Budget Analysis.

  2. In the row for the report, click Budget Analysis.
    • This report contains all manager records that are in a status of Preliminary and Available.
    • The rolled-up totals are for each supervisor in the structure. The totals are as of the date the report was run.
    • The Individual Manager Budgets are real time amounts. If one budget is updated, the record reflects the updated amounts.
