Viewing a Budget Analysis Report as a manager

  1. Select Manager > Adjust Compensation > Budget Analysis Report or Manager > Adjust Compensation > Budget Analysis.
    • This menu is displayed if there is an active report.
    • The Budget Analysis Report option is available if the administrator has configured the system to use the On Demand Report option for the Budget Analysis.
    • The Budget Analysis option is available if the administrator has configured the system to use the Dynamic Totals option for the Budget Analysis.
    • This view contains the manager’s primary supervisor role and managers that report up to that supervisor role.
    • The option for My Other Roles is displayed only if the manager has more than one work assignment with different assignments for Is A Supervisor.
  2. To view totals, click My Budget Rollup.
