Setting BOD Status to Handled

Change the status of a BOD from Error to Handled to exclude the BOD from future BOD Sweep actions.

Administrators can set the BOD status to Handled when BODs are handled manually and do not need to be sent to ION.

  1. Navigate to Administrator > Utilities > Interfaces > Business Object Documents > BOD Auditing.
  2. Select one or more records that are have the Status of Error.
  3. Click the Set Status to Handled button.
