Configuring internal job board access for internal candidates

To enable employees to apply for jobs on an internal job board, you must give them access. Employees with access can view posted jobs at Employee > Opportunities.

The job board must be defined where internal job opportunities are posted. Select Administrator > Talent Acquisition > Code Setup > Job Boards. For more information, see the Talent Acquisition User Guide.

Use this procedure to enable employee access to the internal job board:

  1. Select Data > Person > Business Classes > ContextProperties.
  2. Highlight the JobBoard in the upper panel.
  3. In the lower panel, click Create.
  4. Select your actor ID, and specify the Job Board name to which to grant the employee access. For example, INTRANET.
  5. Click OK.
