Use this procedure to show the configurable home pages for all
users for a URL.

On the host server for the application, append the context session key
command to the URL address for webapp for the designated landing page.
The context session key format is: &csk.CHP=home page name

Home page name is the name designated when the configurable home page zip file was added.
