Individual Business Objective (IBO) complete
This trigger creates a work unit when a resource has completed all objectives for their bonus period and requests payout.

| Prerequisites | A bonus period and associated objective must exist for the resource. |
| Initiating event | Resource completes bonus objectives and submits a request for payout by taking the action to complete a bonus period. |
| Resolution action | Supervisor determines if completed period is Ready for Payout or Not Ready for Payout. If Not Ready for Payout, an email is sent to the resource. If Ready for Payout, the bonus period status is changed to Pending Compensation Calculation. |
