Verifying export configurations

Export files must be enabled before using business object documents (BODs) to interface with other applications.

These export files are used for BODs and standard Infor HR Talent integrations. Some export files may already be enabled for standard integrations when enabling export file for BODs.

  1. In Infor HR Talent, select Administrator > Utilities > Interfaces > Setup > File Selection.
  2. Check the box for the export record that correspond to business object document to enable it.
    Note: Some export files may already be enabled for standard integrations.
  3. For the Personnel BOD, make sure to enable these export files:
    • Employee
    • EmployeeContact
    • EmployeeAddress
    • EmployeeIdentificationNumber
    • WorkAssignment
    • EmployeeBankDetails
    • EmployeeContract
    • EmployeeContractDocument
    • EmployeeCompetencyAndSkill
    • EmployeeCredential
  4. For the Employee Work Schedule BOD, make sure to enable these exports:
    • TimeOffRequest
    • LeaveOfAbsence
  5. Click Save.
