Loading employee data to new systems

You can use the Show Personnel to load employee data to new systems. The Show Personnel action generates a ShowPersonnel BOD for every employee within the selected parameters.

Select Administrator > Utilities > Interfaces > Business Object Documents > BOD Actions > Show Personnel.
Specify this information:

Organization

Select an organization

Organization Unit

Select an organization unit

Work Assignment Group

Select a work assignment group

Send BOD Immediately

Select to send a BOD immediately when the action is performed
Click Submit.
