Using translated text in document templates

  1. Navigate to the document template for which you want to attach a translated file. For example, select Administrator > Talent Acquisition > Template Setup > Document Templates.
  2. Open a template.
  3. In the Preferred Email Language field, select the role whose language you want to use. For example, if you select Manager, then the manager's locale is used to determine the language for the template file. This field is not required.
  4. Click the globe icon in the Template File field to specify the template file to use for each IsoLocale value.
  5. Open or create the IsoLocale for which to specify a template file.
  6. In the Translated field, select the template file to use for the IsoLocale.
  7. Click Save.
