Rehire

This trigger creates a work unit when a recruiter initiates a request to rehire an external candidate who was previously a resource for the organization.

Prerequisites	A hiring approval request must exist for an external candidate and that candidate is a resource
Initiating event	Recruiter initiates a hire approval request for an external candidate.
Resolution action	The hiring manager can approve, return, or reject the request. If the hiring manager approves the request, it is sent to the HR Administrator for final approval. The HR Administrator can either approve, return, or reject the request. When the request is approved, returned or rejected, an email is sent to the initiator.
