Appraisal approval
This trigger creates a work unit when an appraisal must be approved by an employee. The approval request is initiated by the manager.

| Resolution action | Sent to Manager's Manager for approval. If approved, sent to employee for acknowledgment. If acknowledged, sent to Manager for acknowledgment. If acknowledged by Manager, sent to Manager's Manager for final acknowledgment. Each time the appraisal is acknowledged, comments must be added. |
