Assigning a user to a task

  1. Select User Configuration > Users.
  2. Select the user and in User Tasks click New.
  3. Select the task.
  4. If the assignment is temporary, specify the start and stop dates.

    If the assignment is not temporary but will begin on a future date, specify a start date only.

    If the assignment is immediate and permanent, leave the date fields blank.

  5. Click Save.
