Sharing data with new Infor HR Talent and Infor Financials and Supply Management systems
Follow these steps to share data from Infor Financials and Supply Management with Infor HR Talent when both systems are new. When shared data is enabled, currency-related data is defined and maintained in Financials and Supply Management only.

In Infor HR Talent set up this configuration
data:
- Administrator
- Assign an administrator role to a user to perform these setup steps.
- Enterprise Group
- Create an Enterprise
Group that serves as the temporary field until shared data in enabled.
Note: You can use the same value for Enterprise Group, Finance Enterprise Group, and HR Organization.
- Finance Enterprise Group
- Create a Finance Enterprise Group that serves as the temporary field until shared data in enabled.
- HR Organization
- Create an HR
Organization. It must have a one-to-one relationship with the
Finance Enterprise Group in Financials and Supply Management. The values may match in both systems, but are not
required to match.
If multiple Finance Enterprise Groups are used in Financials and Supply Management, each must have a corresponding unique HR Organization.
When you configure HR Organization, for the Finance Enterprise Group, select the value that you entered as a temporary field.

In Infor Financials and Supply Management, set up this configuration
data:
- Administrator
- Create a user with the role for Application Administrator.
- Currency Codes
- Follow the currency code setup considerations in the Financials Setup and Administration Guide.
- Finance Enterprise Group
- Finance Enterprise
Group must have a one-to-one relationship with the HR Organization. The values may match in both systems,
but it is not required.
If multiple Finance Enterprise Groups are used in Financials and Supply Management, each must have a corresponding unique HR Organization.
- Currency Rate Tables
- If your Finance Enterprise Group uses multiple currencies, then it must be associated with a currency rate table. The currency rate table must be based on the same enterprise group as the Finance Enterprise Group.
- Currency Relationships
- Currency relationships are used to identify the conversion rules between two currency codes for daily, period, or both.
- Currency Daily Rates
- Currency daily rates are the rates that are used to
exchange transaction amounts to an accounting entity's functional currency,
alternate currencies, and enterprise currencies.
Currency daily rates are defined for a currency rate table and for currency relationships.
