Assigning the actor to an organization unit
You must perform these steps in the HCM data area.
This procedure creates or replaces access for any actor and organization unit. To ensure that existing access is overridden, use the override action. To ensure that existing access is not overridden, use the create action.
- To define access for an actor with no access in an organization unit, see Defining access for an actor with no organizational unit.
- To view or create organization units by actor, click the By Actor tab.
- To view or create organization units by access level, click the By Access Level tab.
- To process updates, click the Automatic Updates tab.
