Defining activity focuses

Use this procedure to define activity focuses, which refer to the broad purpose of an activity. For example, leadership training, skills enhancements.

  1. Select Learning and Development > Set Up > Activity Components > Focuses.
  2. Click Create.
  3. Specify this information:
    Focus

    Required. Specify the name of the activity focus.

    Description

    Specify the description of the activity focus. If left blank, the activity focus name defaults.

    Active

    Select this check box to make the activity focus active. Inactive activity focuses are not displayed in lists.

  4. Click Save.
