Creating ad hoc virtual meetings

  1. Select Learning and Development > Catalog > Activities And Sessions.
  2. Locate and select the activity for which to update a session.
  3. On the Active Sessions tab, open the session to which to assign instructors.
  4. Select the Ad hoc Virtual Meetings tab.
  5. Click Create.
  6. Specify this information:
    Title
    Specify the meeting title.
    Location
    Specify the meeting location.
    Start Time
    Specify the meeting start time.
    End Time
    Specify the meeting end time.
    Make Recurring
    Select this option if you want to create a recurring meeting and specify the recurrence pattern.
    Description
    Provide the meeting description.
  7. Click Save.
