Attaching topics to development plans

Topics can be attached only when the development plan is in the proposed status, after the initial creation and before it is made active.
  1. Select Learning and Development > Catalog > Development Plans.
  2. On the Development Plans panel, open the plan to update.
  3. Select the Topics tab.
  4. Click Helper List and select one or more topics to attach.
  5. Click Attach to Development Plan.
  6. Click Close.
