Using bundled notifications to inform employees of approved enrollment activities

Learning administrators can configure bundled notifications that are used to alert learners of enrollment approvals for activities. All activities are collected into a single notification. Activities that belong to an ongoing development plan, certification, or checklist are excluded from the notification.

  1. Select Notifications and Correspondence > Create Notifications > Bundled Activities Enrollment Approved.
  2. Click Submit.

    Click Schedule and define a schedule for running the notification. For example, how often, on what days, and at what time.

  3. Check the View Progress tab to monitor the progress of the action.
