Accessing resource development plan information

  1. Select Learning and Development > Resources > Development Plans.
  2. Select the resource record.
  3. To view the status of the resource's current development plans, click the Assigned Development Plans tab.
  4. To view the development plans are that are suggested for the employee to fill any qualification gaps, click the Suggested Development Plans tab.
  5. To view the development plans are that are available to resource for self-enrollment, click the Available Development Plans tab.
  6. To view historical development plans,click the Past Development Plans tab.
