Reverting acknowledged checklist components

Note: This action is not available for activity checklist components. It is available on other checklist components only if they are defined to require acknowledgment.
  1. Select Learning and Development > Checklists > Monitoring.
  2. On the Resource Checklists tab, open the resource checklist to which the checklist component belongs.
  3. On the Components tab, select the acknowledged checklist component and select Actions > Revert Acknowledgment.
  4. On the pop-up dialog, specify this information:
    Reason

    Required. Select the reason code. The reason code must be defined with a subject of HCMEmployeeRevertChecklistActions.

    Comment

    If applicable, specify additional information.

  5. Click OK.
    • If the previous status was Awaiting Validation, the new status is Awaiting Acknowledgment And Validation.

    • If the previous status was Complete, the new status is Awaiting Acknowledgment And Validation, or Awaiting Acknowledgment (depending on whether the checklist component was defined to require validation).
