Virtual meeting integrations using other providers
Customers can conduct virtual online meetings using other third-party providers.
Learning administrators can create ad hoc virtual meetings at the activity level and at the e session level.
Online Meetings are enabled or disabled for the organization unit. If the online meetings option is enabled for an organization unit, then it is enabled for all the descendant organization units.
Instructors have the same capabilities as learning administrators. Instructors can use the Employee Summary Dashboard to view all sessions and session class meetings of which the instructor is a part.
Employees can view the Activity Meetings panel when enrolled in an activity. Employees can view the View Session and Session Class Meetings panel when enrolled in a session. Employees can join the meeting using a link. Employees can view meetings that are scheduled for today in Today's Meetings, a panel in the Summary tab.
