Auto-assigning evaluations to employees

From the Activity page, learning administrators can associate evaluations to an activity and assign enrolled employees to the activity evaluations.

  1. As a learning administrator, select Catalog > Activities and Sessions.
  2. Double-click an activity.
  3. Click Evaluations.
  4. Click the Create button.
  5. Specify this information:
    Description
    Specify a description of the evaluation.
    Evaluation Form
    Specify the evaluation form that is used in this evaluation.
    Session ID
    Specify the session to which this evaluation applies.
    Instructor
    Specify the instructor for the session.
  6. Click Submit.
