Adding multiple external users using the bulk upload feature

There is a Data Load program using which Learning Administrator can bulk upload external resources so that multiple users created at one time based on the batch number. External Learner Import Data Load program is available in Utilities > Data Load Programs. This is only enabled when External Learner feature is enabled.
