Assigning tests to activities

A test that is to be assigned to an activity first must be created in the system.

Learning and Development administrators can add one or more pre-tests or post-tests to an activity. Employees can progress through a series of tests as specified in the activity.

  1. Select Catalog > Activities And Sessions.
  2. Double-click an activity.
  3. Click Tests.
  4. In the Pre-tests or Post-tests areas, click Add.
  5. Specify this information:
    Test Name
    Specify the test.
    Order Of Completion
    Specify the place of order in the series of tests that employees take when multiple tests are attached to an activity. For example, specify 1 for the test that employees should take first.
  6. Click Submit.
