Creating a badge

  1. Select Setup > Badges.
  2. On the Badges tab click Create.
  3. Specify this information:
    Badge
    Specify a unique identifier for the badge.
    Long Description
    Specify an informative description of the badge.
    Badge Group
    If badge groups are available, then specify the badge group. If no badge group is specified, then points that are associated with this badge are collected in the default, unnamed badge group.
    Small icon
    Specify an image that is used for mobile renditions of the badge.
    Large icon
    Specify an image that is used for desktop renditions of the badge.
    Status
    Specify Active.
    Point Value
    Specify the number of points that are awarded to employees who earn the badge.
    Custom Group
    This field is not used for Learning and Development badges.
  4. Click Submit.
