Viewing session registrations

At any time, a learning manager can monitor the registration details for a specific session so they can make decisions on adding or cancelling registrations, consolidating sessions, and so on.

  1. Select Learning and Development > Registration And Completion > Manage Registrations.
  2. On the Manage Registrations panel, select the session for which to manage registrations.

    • The Confirmed tab displays all confirmed resources for the session.

    • The Wait-listed tab displays all wait listed resources for the session.

    • The Requested tab displays all resources who have requested registration for the session.

      Note: This tab displays only if the organization rules require manager approval of resource-initiated registrations.

    • The Inactive Registrations tab displays all resources whose registrations have been canceled, withdrawn, or rejected.

    • The Participation Results tab displays all resources who have completed the session or who have finished the session but are flagged as Failed To Complete.
