Adding instructors to activities

Learning administrators, instructors, and content managers can assign instructors to activities. They can add instructors for activity sessions in which no instructor is assigned.
  1. Select Catalog > Activities and Sessions.
  2. Open an activity, then click the Instructors and Content Administrators tab.
  3. In the Instructors section, click Create.
  4. Specify this information:
    Instructor
    Select an instructor.
    Effective Date
    Specify the date when the instructor is assigned to the activity.
    Active
    Turn the Active switch on to make the instructor active in the system.
    Assign to all open Sessions with no Instructor

    Select this option to assign the instructor to the open sessions and session classes with no assigned instructor.

    This option is available only when the Active switch is on.

  5. Click Submit.
