The external learner administrator dashboard

External learning administrators use the External Learner Administrator dashboard on the home page to monitor the recent activity of external learners whom they oversee. The dashboard includes widgets that organize data into useful categories:

• The Activities widget shows activities that are due in five or fewer days. It shows overdue activities, too.
• The Certifications widget shows certifications that are due in five or fewer days. It shows overdue activities, too.
• The Waitlisted Sessions widget shows sessions that have waitlisted registrations and the employees and external learners who are registered in each session.
• The Helpful Links widget shows links to activities and certifications.
• The External Learner Registration Pending Approvals widget shows external learner profiles that are pending approvals. The administrator can approve or reject the external learner, allowing or disallowing the external learner users access to the Development Profile and Catalog.
