Recommended learning setup

Recommended learning leverages Infor AI to provide employees with recommended learning activities based on activities that other employees in the same job have completed. The feature is designed to increase employee engagement in and completion of learning activities. It enables organizations to provide consistent training among employees of a type and saves employees from searching for relevant activities.

Setup includes these steps:

• Enabling recommended learning
• Loading delivered content
• Creating notifications
• Sending recommended activities notifications

When recommended learning activities have been set up, they are pushed to employees. Employees encounter recommended activities in these ways:

• recommended activities are shown on an employee’s growth summary. The Recommended Activities panel is shown only if there are recommendations for the employee. The top three recommendations are shown.
• recommended activities are shown on the employee’s Activities tab. The top three recommendations are shown.
• employees receive email notifications with the top three recommended activities. Employees receive notifications only if there are recommendations for the employee and the specified number of days since the last activity was completed has passed.
