Pre-test and post-test reports

Three reports are available to learning administrators whose systems are configured to use pre-tests and post-tests. These reports show specific data points such as re-take attempts, scores, questions details and status.

Test Status Details

Select Reports > Tests > Test Status Details.

This report shows the status of pre-tests and post-tests. Use this report to check test progress.

Test Question Details

Select Reports > Tests > Test Question Details.

This report shows tests that are assigned to each activity. Select a test to view the test questions, correct answers, selected answers, and submitted answers by test taker. Use the search feature to aggregate data.

Test Attempts and Scores

Select Reports > Tests > Test Attempts and Scores.

This report shows the test takers who have taken post-tests and the number of attempts required to pass. Select a record to show the details of each attempt.
