Notifying participants of class changes
- Select Learning and Development > Manage Registrations OR Learning and Development > Activities And Catalog > Define Activities And Sessions.
- Open the session to change.

On the Classes tab, specify
your changes and save.
The button "Class details have changed; send notifications" displays.
Note: This button displays only if you have registered participants for the session. - When you are ready to notify participants, click Class details have changed; send notifications.

Notifications form, specify this information:

Specify the detail of the changes in this comment box.
- Attachment

To attach a file to the message, click the Attachment icon to browse to the file and attach it.

Click Submit.
Note: No correspondence record is created. To resend this notification click Actions > On Demand Session Notifications, specify the information again, and click OK.
