Setting resource session participation to complete
The steps to complete or fail to complete a session participation are the same whether the activity has been reported as finished or not.
To complete a session for a participant:
- Select .
- On the Complete Sessions tab, select the session for which to complete a resource activity.
- On the Participation tab, select
the resource to complete. Note: You can view the resource's attendance records for the session on the in the Attendance Records tab.
- In the Participation tab, click .
- On the Complete Session Participation form, select
the date of completion, and click .Note: If the session has an end date, the end date from the class records is automatically displayed. You can change the date.
To fail to complete a session for a participant:
Note: If you anticipate that a participant may not be able to
complete a session and you want the participant to be able to apply for a different session,
you have these options :
- You can change the status of the activity to Required. In this case, the Fail To Complete action will leave the activity in Needs Registration status.
- You can cancel the registration before you complete the session.
- Select .
- On the Complete Sessions tab, locate and highlight the session for which to fail to complete a resource activity.
- On the Participation tab, select
the participation record. Note: You can view the resource's attendance records for the session in the on the Attendance Records tab.
- On the Participation tab, select .
- Specify the reason code and comments, and click .
