Assigning approvers for sessions

The learning administrator can assign the approvers for sessions.

If there is an existing registration request, the Approver field is not available.

When an employee requests a registration, the learning administrator cannot change the approver. The learning administrator can change the approver after all requests are completed.

  1. Select Catalog > Activities And Sessions.
  2. Open a session.
  3. In the Registration section, select the Require Approval check box.
  4. Click Save, and specify the effective date.
  5. Specify the approver in the Approver field.
