describe why a session participant did not attend a class.

Click Create.

Specify this information:
- Absence Reason

Specify the name of the absence reason.
- Description

Specify the absence reason's description. If left blank, the
absence reason name defaults.
- Active

Select this check box to make the absence reason active.
Inactive absence reasons are not displayed in lists.

Click Save.
