Adding an ad hoc virtual meeting using other providers

Administrators can create ad hoc virtual meetings using third-party providers. An ad hoc virtual meeting is based on a session of a virtual meeting.

  1. Select Catalog > Activities and Sessions.
  2. Double-click an activity.
  3. Double-click the session that is associated with the virtual meeting for which you are creating an ad hoc meeting.
  4. Click Ad hoc Virtual Meetings.
  5. Specify this information:
    Effecctive Date
    Specify the date that the session takes place.
    Title
    Specify a name for the meeting. If the field is blank, then the system-assigned number defaults.
    Start Time
    Specify the start time of the meeting.
    End Time
    Specify the time that the meeting ends.
    Meeting Provider
    Specify Other.
    Meeting Join URL
    Specify the link to the meeting. This link is available from the third-party virtual meeting provider that you use.
  6. Click Submit.
