On-demand notifications to session participants

These notifications can be sent to session participants:

Note: These actions are available only if the appropriate notifications have been set up.

  • If an automatic session change notification has been set up for "Session Details Changed," registered participants will receive an automatic email if the date of the first class, the location, and/or the site changes. No manual intervention is required.

  • If a session change notification for "On demand Session Class Update" has been set up, you can send a customized email to all session participants any time you make any changes to any classes in the session.

  • If a session change notification for "On Demand Session Notification" has been set up, you can send a customized email to all session participants at any time and for any reason.
