Creating evaluations

You can create instructor and activity evaluations to be sent to employees. You must first create evaluation questions, question groups, and forms to create evaluations.

  1. Select Learning and Development > Catalog > Evaluations.
  2. Click Create Evaluation.
  3. Specify this information:
    Description

    Specify the certification description.

    Evaluation Form
    Required. Select the evaluation form.
    Instructor
    If you are creating an instructor evaluation, select the instructor to be evaluated. You must select either an instructor or an activity, or both to create the evaluation.
    Activity ID
    If you are creating an activity evaluation, select the activity to be evaluated. You must select either an instructor or an activity, or both to create the evaluation.
    Session
    If you specified an activity, and sessions are used for that activity, specify a session to be evaluated.
  4. Click Submit.
