Setting session status to complete for all confirmed participants

Use this procedure to batch process participants that completed a session to your satisfaction.

  1. Select Registration And Completion > Manage Completions.
  2. Click Incomplete Sessions.
  3. Right-click a session and select Complete Session.
  4. Specify this information:
    Date Completed
    Specify the date the session is completed. If the session has an end date, then the field is populated with the end date from the class records. You can change the end date.
    Cancel all wait-listed registrations
    Enable the feature to remove any participants that were wait-listed for the session.
  5. Click Submit.
